Start With Answers

Relief Doesn’t Require a Referral

In California, you have a right to get the care you need without any gatekeepers. If you’re in pain and need help, you can come directly to Green PT without going to a primary care or other physician. Our physical therapists are fully certified to triage and treat your injuries, and if you do need additional care, we’ll help you find the right specialist for your needs.

California direct access is limited to 45 calendar days or 12 visits, whichever comes first, before plan-of-care approval may be required. Insurance and authorization rules can be different, so contact the clinic to confirm what applies.

Founded by Glyniss Green in 2018, Green Physical Therapy began with a single clinic in Moreno Valley and a commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care.

Through dedication, community partnerships, and a passion for helping patients live healthier lives, Green PT has grown to seven locations across Southern California while maintaining the personalized care and family-oriented values it was built upon.
